Ground Floor

Sitting Room – The soul of the cottage features the original brick fireplace with a log -burner that radiates and flickers across the wooden beams and floor. There is a large two seater sofa, an arm chair and dining table for two.

Kitchen – Open plan to the sitting room with French windows opening straight onto the garden. Has a butlers sink, fridge freezer and electric oven & hob.

First Floor

Bedroom – Features a generous King-Sized bed with bedside tables under a vaulted and beamed ceiling. There are historic wobbly oak floorboards and a clothes hanging rail at the top of the stairs.

En-Suite Bathroom – Straight off the bedroom there is a classic iron bath with rain-drop shower, a large hand basin and lavatory.

Outside

Accessible straight from the kitchen is a decorative gravelled South facing garden with breakfast terrace looking out over the trees and gardens of the village. Depending on the time or day it can feel like being in an Avery given the abundance of tuneful song birds.
