Ground Floor

Sitting Room – A large enveloping Loaf sofa and separate armchair face a huge original brick and wooden fireplace. A cleverly mounted 28” Smart TV can be discreetly swivelled and tucked out of sight if preferred.

Kitchen – Open-plan to the sitting room and features a wooden table with comfortable seating for two. Has a large Swan fridge freezer, sink, electric oven & hob and a splitable farmhouse style door opening straight onto a generous patioed garden.

Lavatory and Utility Room – Wooden seated lavatory, sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.

First Floor

Bedroom – Surrounded by calming whitewashed beams and wattle & daub is a classic iron framed king-sized bed straddled by matching wooden bedside tables and lamps, and a wooden chest at its foot. In one corner is a well sized walk-in wardrobe with shelving and clothes hanging rail.

Bathroom – Lavatory, sink and walk-in shower.

Outside

Accessible straight from the kitchen is a long paved patio garden with a lavender planted flower bed down one side along with a garden table and chairs. There is an access path for the neighbouring cottage.
